Combine ingredients in tin sans soda, add ice, shake, strain into glass, add fresh ice, top with soda, garnish with strawberry slices and fresh expressed basil leaf
Slice a lime in half, quarter each half, combine 6 pieces of lime, sugar cube, and syrup in tin, muddle (break down the sugar cube and express the limes throroughly), add tequila, add ice half way up small tin, aggressively shake, dump ingredients into rocks glass, enjoy

• 2 oz Bourbon
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• 3/4 oz Strawberry Basil Syrup
• Brown or Raw Sugar Cube
• Splash of Soda
Combine syrup and sugar cube in tin, muddle cube to paste, add remaining ingredients sans soda, add ice, shake, strain into glass, top with splash of soda, garnish with fresh expressed basil leaf
Margarita
Tools Used: Shaker Tins, Hawthorne Strainer, Jigger/Measuring Device, Ice, Margarita Glass, Frozen Strawberries, Salt or Sugar
• 2 oz Tequila
• 1/2 oz Triple Sec
• 1/2 oz Strawberry Basil Syrup
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• 4-5 Frozen Strawberries (optional)
Mix all ingredients into shaker tins, adding strawberries last. If making this drink without strawberries, add ice to the tin last. Seal the tins and shake for 6-9 seconds. Strain with a hawthorne strainer into a margarita glass. Rim glass with coarse salt or sugar.
Pour vodka, lime juice and Strawberry Basil syrup into a copper mug and add ice. Stir vigorously then fill the rest of the mug with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wedge.
