Slice a lime in half, quarter each half, combine 6 pieces of lime, sugar cube, and syrup in tin, muddle (break down the sugar cube and express the limes thoroughly), add rum, add ice halfway up small tin, aggressively shake, dump ingredients into rocks glass, enjoy

2 oz White Rum
½ oz Orange Juice
2 oz Pineapple Juice
½ oz Liquid Alchemist Coconut Syrup
¾ oz HipStirs Blackberry Mint Syrup
Cocktail Umbrella
Add all ingredients to the shaker tin, add ice and shake. Strain over new ice into a tall glass or tiki mug if you have it. Garnish with a cocktail umbrella
Blackberry Mint Mojito
8 Mint Leaves (+ more to garnish)
1 oz HipStirs Blackberry Mint Syrup
¾ oz Lime Juice
2 oz White Rum
2 oz Soda
Muddle mint and syrup then add lime juice and white rum and shake with ice until chilled. Pour over ice in a collins glass and top with 2oz soda. Garnish with mint and frozen blackberries
Pumpkin Daiquiri
2 oz White Rum
1 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Hipstirs Pumpkin Spice Syrup
Combine all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe rimmed with pumpkin spice, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Garnish with a torched cinnamon stick.
Pumpkin Spice Rum Mule
2 oz Ritual Rum Alternative
1 oz Lime Juice
¾ oz Hipstirs Pumpkin Spice Syrup
4 oz Fever Tree Ginger Beer
Combine all ingredients except for ginger beer in a cocktail shaker with ice. Add ginger beer to a highball glass. Shake and strain cocktail shaker contents over ginger beer. Fill glass with ice. Garnish with candied ginger.
Rum Old Fashioned
2 oz Dark Rum
¼ oz Hipstirs Old Fashioned Syrup
Combine ingredients in a glass with a large ice block. Stir for 5-10 seconds to combine and dilute. Express a lime peel over drink and garnish with peel
Red Rum
2 oz Rum
1 oz HipStirs Blackberry Mint Syrup
1 tsp honey syrup (1:1 honey & water)
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Slash of Spiced Rum
Add all ingredients to shaker tins with ice. Shake vigorously for 6-8 seconds. Fine strain “up” into coupe style glass. For extra fun, sprinkle with lustre dust!
CAN-berry Sauce Supremacy
1 ½ oz Dark Rum
½ oz Mezcal
1 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Hipstirs Cranberry Pie
4 oz Fever Tree Ginger Beer
Combine all ingredients except ginger beer in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a highball glass or mug. Add Ginger beer and ice to fill.
