1 oz HipStirs Blackberry Mint Syrup5 oz Champagne or Prosecco Combine in a champagne flute or coupe glass. Garnish with berries, herbs, or citrus.

2 oz Gin Alternative 1 oz Lemon Juice ¾ oz HipStirs Blackberry Mint Syrup Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a glass over new ice and garnish with lemon zest.
Black Beauty
Black Beauty 2 oz Tequila Alternative 1 oz Lime Juice ¾ oz HipStirs Blackberry Mint Syrup Ginger Beer Shake all ingredients, except for ginger beer, with ice. Strain over new ice into a glass (copper mug if you have it) and top with ginger beer. Garnish with mint.
