Our syrups have a shelf life of one year. However, to keep them as fresh as possible we recommend refrigerating them after opening!

Our syrups are made from fresh fruit and herbal extracts. That makes them all-natural, vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free.

When will my order be delivered?
Wholesale orders can be expected to be fulfilled within a week of placing the order. If we are experiencing any delays we will notify you personally! If you are placing a retail order, you can expect it to ship within 1-2 business days of your purchase.
What is your shipping policy?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

In-store pickup?
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our warehouse in Leander. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within one business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
In-store pickup hours are 10AM-4PM on Monday through Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
