Barton Springs

  • Tools Used: Shaker Tins, Hawthorne Strainer, Tea Strainer, Jigger/Measuring Device, Muddler, Knife, Ice, Coupe, Fresh English (Seedless) Cucumber
  • • 1 1/2 oz Hendrick's Gin
  • • 3/4oz Lime Juice
  • • 3/4oz Blackberry Mint Syrup
  • • Cucumber Slices
  • Slice 3 1/4inch cucumber slices, combine ingredients and 2 cucumber slices in tin, lightly muddle cucumber slices, add ice, shake, double strain into coupe, garnish with remaining cucumber slice

SoCo

  • Tools Used: Shaker Tins, Hawthorne Strainer, Jigger/Measuring Device, Bar Spoon, Ice, Rocks Glass, Blackberries, Fresh Mint
  • • 1 1/2 oz Gin
  • • 1/4 oz Aquavit
  • • 1/4 oz Creme de Mur
  • • 3/4 oz Blackberry Mint Syrup
  • • 1oz Lime Juice
  • Combine Ingredients in tin sans creme de mur, add ice, shake, strain into glass, add fresh ice, sink creme de mur (slowly pour down the back of bar spoon), garnish with mint plouche and blackberry

Oasis

  • Tools Used: Shaker Tins, Muddler, Jigger/Measuring Device, Rocks Glass
  • • 2 oz White Rum
  • • 5 Lime Pieces
  • • 3/4 oz Blackberry Mint Syrup
  • • Brown Sugar Cube
  • Slice a lime in half, quarter each half, combine 6 pieces of lime, sugar cube, and syrup in tin, muddle (break down the sugar cube and express the limes throroughly), add rum, add ice half way up small tin, aggressively shake, dump ingredients into rocks glass, enjoy

The Driskill

  • Tools Used: Shaker Tins, Jigger/Measuring Device, Rocks Glass, Crushed Ice, Fresh Blackberry
  • • 1 1/2 oz Mezcal
  • • 3/4oz Lime Juice
  • • 1/2 oz Grapefruit Juice
  • • 1/2 oz Blackberry Mint Syrup
  • Combine all ingredients in tin, add a small amount of crushed ice, shake until the crushed ice is completely absorbed into cocktail, pour into rocks glass, add crushed ice, garnish with salted grapefruit slice

Gin + Tonic

  • Tools Used: Shaker Tins, Jigger/Measuring Device, Hawthorne Strainer, Tall Glass, Ice
  • • 2 oz Gin [Rose Gin is great with this recipe, too]
  • • 1/2 oz Blackberry Mint Syrup
  • • 4 oz Tonic Water
  • Mix all ingredients, except tonic water, into shaker tins and add ice. Seal the tins and shake for 6-9 seconds. Strain with a hawthorne strainer into a tall glass and top with the tonic water.
  • Fun Fact: just add 1 ½ oz lemon juice to change this drink from a G+T to a Tom Collins!

Pennybacker

  • Tools Used: Shaker Tins, Jigger/Measuring Device, Muddler, Knife, Rocks Glass, Ornage, Maraschino Cherry, Fresh Mint
  • • 2 oz Bourbon
  • • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • • 3/4 oz Blackberry Mint Syrup
  • • Orange Slice
  • • Maraschino Cherry
  • Cut orange in half, cut into slices. Combine syrup, lemon juice, orange slice, 2 cherries in small tin, muddle, add bourbon, fill small tin 3/4 of the way full with ice, shake aggressively, dirty dump into rocks glass, garnish with expressed mint plouche
