Bees Knees
1 ½ oz Gin
1 oz HipStirs Lavender Haze Syrup
1 oz Honey Syrup (1:1 Honey & Water)
1 oz Lemon Juice
Add all ingredients to shaker, add ice and shake. Strain into glass over new ice and garnish with lemon zest

2 oz Tequila
¾ oz Lime Juice
1 oz HipStirs Lavender Haze Syrup
Add all ingredients to a shaker, add ice and shake. Double strain into a Coupe or Martini style glass and garnish with lavender sprig

1 ½ oz Hendrick’s Gin
¾ oz Lime Juice
¾ oz HipStirs Blackberry Mint Syrup
Cucumber Slices
Slice 3 1/4inch cucumber slices, combine ingredients and 2 cucumber slices in tin, lightly muddle cucumber slices, add ice, shake, double strain into coupe, garnish with remaining cucumber slice

Waterloo
2 oz Vodka
3/4 oz Lime Juice
1 oz HipStirs Strawberry Basil Syrup
Soda
Combine ingredients in tin sans soda, add ice, shake, strain into glass, add fresh ice, top with soda, garnish with strawberry slices and fresh expressed basil leaf

Lady Bird
2 oz Blanco Tequila
6 Lime Pieces
3/4 oz Strawberry Basil Syrup
Brown Sugar Cube
Slice a lime in half, quarter each half, combine 6 pieces of lime, sugar cube, and syrup in tin, muddle (break down the sugar cube and express the limes thoroughly), add tequila, add ice halfway up small tin, aggressively shake, dump ingredients into rocks glass, enjoy

Moscow Mule
2-3 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Lime Juice
3/4 oz Strawberry Basil Syrup
Ginger Beer
Pour vodka, lime juice and Strawberry Basil syrup into a copper mug and add ice. Stir vigorously then fill the rest of the mug with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Blackberry Spritzer
3/4 oz HipStirs Blackberry Mint Syrup
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
Soda Water
Add syrup and lemon juice to a tall glass, stir together. Add ice and top with soda water.
Taylor’s Version
1 oz Gin
1 oz Mr Black Cold Brew Liqueur
1 oz Campari
¾ oz Hipstirs Lavender Haze
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
Lavender Gold Rush
¾ oz Whiskey
¾ oz HipStirs Lavender Haze Syrup
¾ oz Lemon Juice
½ oz St. Germain
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin and add ice. Shake for 6-9 seconds. Strain over new ice into a rocks glass.

1 ½ oz Citrus Vodka
½ oz Cointreau
½ oz Hipstirs Cranberry Pie
½ oz Lime Juice
¾ oz Cranberry Juice
Shake hard with ice and fine strain up into a coupe glass.
Small Favors
1 oz Cocchi Torino or similar sweet vermouth
½ oz Hipstirs Cranberry Pie
½ oz Lemon Juice
3 ½ oz Dry Cider
Stirred and strained over ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with nutmeg.
Sparkling Cranberry
1 oz HipStirs Cranberry Pie Syrup
5 oz Champagne or Prosecco
Combine in a champagne flute or coupe glass. Garnish with berries, herbs, or citrus.
Blackberry Mimosa

5 oz Champagne or Prosecco
