Summer Cocktails

LAVENDER LEMONADE

1 1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1 1/4 oz Lavender Haze Syrup


Add all ingredients to a shaker tin add ice and shake. Strain over new ice into a rocks glass and garnish with lemon swath

Tools Used: Shaker, Hawthorne Strainer, Jigger/Measuring Device, Ice

Soco

1 1/2 oz Gin
1/4 oz Aquavit
1/4 oz Creme de Mur
3/4 oz HipStirs Blackberry Mint Syrup
1oz Lime Juice

Combine Ingredients in tin sans creme de mur, add ice, shake, strain into glass, add fresh ice, sink creme de mur (slowly pour down the back of bar spoon), garnish with mint plouche and blackberry

Soco

Blackberry Gin + Tonic

2 oz Gin [Rose Gin is great with this recipe, too]
1/2 oz HipStirs Blackberry Mint Syrup
4 oz Tonic Water

Mix all ingredients, except tonic water, into shaker tins and add ice. Seal the tins and shake for 6-9 seconds. Strain with a hawthorne strainer into a tall glass and top with the tonic water.

Fun Fact: just add 1 ½ oz lemon juice to change this drink from a G+T to a Tom Collins!

Waterloo

2 oz Vodka
3/4 oz Lime Juice
1 oz HipStirs Strawberry Basil Syrup
Soda

Combine ingredients in tin sans soda, add ice, shake, strain into glass, add fresh ice, top with soda, garnish with strawberry slices and fresh expressed basil leaf

Tools Used: Shaker Tins, Hawthorne Strainer, Jigger/Measuring Device, Ice, Collins Glass, Strawberries and Fresh Basil

Margarita

2 oz Tequila
1/2 oz Triple Sec
1/2 oz Strawberry Basil Syrup
1 oz Lemon Juice
4-5 Frozen Strawberries (optional)

Mix all ingredients into shaker tins, adding strawberries last. If making this drink without strawberries, add ice to the tin last. Seal the tins and shake for 6-9 seconds. Strain with a hawthorne strainer into a margarita glass. Rim glass with coarse salt or sugar.

Under My Rumbrella

2 oz White Rum
1/2 oz Orange Juice
2 oz Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz Liquid Alchemist Coconut Syrup
3/4 oz HipStirs Blackberry Mint Syrup
Cocktail Umbrella 

Add all ingredients to the shaker tin, add ice and shake. Strain over new ice into a tall glass or tiki mug if you have it. Garnish with a cocktail umbrella

Blackberry Mint Mojito

8 Mint Leaves (+ more to garnish)
1 oz Hipstirs Blackberry Mint Syrup
3/4 oz Lime Juice
2 oz White Rum
2 oz Soda

Muddle mint and syrup then add lime juice and white rum and shake with ice until chilled. Pour over ice in a collins glass and top with 2oz soda. Garnish with mint and frozen blackberries

Blackberry Spritzer

3/4 oz HipStirs Blackberry Mint Syrup
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
Soda Water

Add syrup and lemon juice to a tall glass, stir together. Add ice and top with soda water.

strawberry Basil Breeze

1 oz HipStirs Strawberry Basil Syrup
1/2 oz Lime Juice
Soda Water

Add syrup and lime juice to a tall glass, stir together. Add ice and top with soda water.

Lavender FIzz

3/4 oz HipStirs Lavender Haze Syrup
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
Ginger Ale

Add syrup and lemon juice to a tall glass, stir together. Add ice and top with ginger ale.

Reposado Old Fashioned

2 oz Reposado Tequila
¼ oz Hipstirs Old Fashioned Syrup

Combine ingredients in a glass with a large ice block. Stir for 5-10 seconds to combine and dilute. Express a grapefruit peel over drink and garnish with peel

Black Beauty

2 oz Tequila Alternative
1 oz Lime Juice
¾ oz HipStirs Blackberry Mint Syrup
Ginger Beer

Shake all ingredients, except for ginger beer, with ice. Strain over new ice into a glass (copper mug if you have it) and top with ginger beer. Garnish with mint.
