2 oz Bourbon
¾ oz HipStirs Lavender Haze Syrup
¾ oz Lemon Juice
Add all ingredients to a shaker, add ice and shake. Strain over new ice into rocks glass and garnish with a lemon/orange swath

Lavender Hot Toddy
1½ oz Bourbon
½ oz Lemon Juice
1 oz HipStirs Lavender Haze Syrup
5 oz Cup Hot Water
Heat water to desired temperature. Add the remaining ingredients and stir vigorously. Garnish with Lemon Wedge, Cinnamon Stick, or Star Anise. Enjoy!

2 oz Bourbon
1 oz Lemon Juice
¾ oz HipStirs Blackberry Mint Syrup
Orange Slice
Maraschino Cherry
Cut an orange in half, and cut into slices. Combine syrup, lemon juice, orange slice, 2 cherries in small tin, muddle, add bourbon, fill small tin 3/4 of the way full with ice, shake aggressively, dirty dump into rocks glass, garnish with expressed mint plouche

Paramount
2 oz Bourbon
1 oz Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Strawberry Basil Syrup
Brown or Raw Sugar Cube
Splash of Soda
Combine syrup and sugar cube in tin, muddle cube to paste, add remaining ingredients sans soda, add ice, shake, strain into glass, top with splash of soda, garnish with fresh expressed basil leaf

Pumpkin Spice Espresso Martini
1 oz Vodka
1 oz Coffee Liqueur
1 oz Hipstirs Pumpkin Spice
1 oz Cold Brew Concentrate
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice. Shake vigorously to create a velvet-like foam. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a mixed blend of cinnamon and nutmeg.
Pumpkin White Russian
1 oz Vodka
1 oz Mr Black Cold Brew Liqueur
1 oz Barista Style Oat Milk
½ oz Hipstirs Pumpkin Spice
Rim a rocks glass with pumpkin spice cinnamon and nutmeg. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain over rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a cinnamon stick, whipped cream, and more pumpkin spice.
Pumpkin Spice Rum Mule
2 oz Ritual Rum Alternative
1 oz Lime Juice
¾ oz Hipstirs Pumpkin Spice Syrup
4 oz Fever Tree Ginger Beer
Combine all ingredients except for ginger beer in a cocktail shaker with ice. Add ginger beer to a highball glass. Shake and strain cocktail shaker contents over ginger beer. Fill glass with ice. Garnish with candied ginger.
Pumpkin Eggnog
1 ½ oz Cognac
1 oz Hipstirs Pumpkin Spice Syrup
4 oz Eggnog
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain up into a short rocks glass. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream dusted with pumpkin spice.
Traditional Old Fashioned
2 oz Rye Whiskey
¼ oz Hipstirs Old Fashioned Syrup
Combine ingredients in a glass with a large ice block. Stir for 5-10 seconds to combine and dilute. Express an orange peel over drink and garnish with peel
Jack Frost
1 heaping tbsp of Peppermint Ice Cream
2 oz Pineapple juice
½ oz Hipstirs Lavender Haze Syrup
1 tsp Lily’s Blue Curacao for color
Add ingredients to a blender and blend for 10-15 seconds. Rim a coupe glass with buttercream icing and crushed candy canes
Cranberry Mule
2 oz Vodka
1 oz Lime Juice
¾ oz Hipstirs Cranberry Pie Syrup
4 oz Fever Tree Ginger Beer
Add all ingredients to a copper mug with crushed ice. Swizzle to to combine. Garnish with rosemary and sugar dusted cranberries on a skewer.
Cranberry Sour
2 oz Gin
1 oz Lemon Juice
¾ oz Hipstirs Cranberry Pie Syrup
¾ oz Benedictine
4 dash Cranberry Bitters
1 Egg White
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake hard to chill and dilute. Strain ingredients into a fresh cocktail shaker with no ice. Shake a second time hard to add extra air and froth the cocktail. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with cranberries on a skewer and add a few drops of cranberry bitters to the foam.
Taylor’s Version
1 oz Gin
1 oz Mr Black Cold Brew Liqueur
1 oz Campari
¾ oz Hipstirs Lavender Haze
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
Maple Cranberry Smash (N/a)
2 oz Whiskey or Bourbon Alternative
¾ oz Lemon Juice
½ oz Apple Juice
1 tsp Pure Maple Syrup
½ oz HipStirs Cranberry Pie Syrup
Sprig of rosemary
Add all ingredients, including rosemary, to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake hard and finely strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with fresh sprig of rosemary.
Old Fashioned Mocktail
2 oz Whiskey or Bourbon Alternative
¼ oz HipStirs Old Fashioned Syrup
Combine ingredients in a glass with a large ice block. Stir for 5-10 seconds to combine and dilute. Express an orange peel over the drink and garnish with peel.
Sparkling Cranberry
1 oz HipStirs Cranberry Pie Syrup
5 oz Champagne or Prosecco
Combine in a champagne flute or coupe glass. Garnish with berries, herbs, or citrus.
Cozy Cabin
1 ½ oz Cinnamon Whiskey
½ oz Rumchata
½ oz HipStirs Pumpkin Spice
5 oz Swiss Hot Chocolate
Method: Prepare hot chocolate and add ingredients. Stir to combine
Glassware: Coffee Mug
Garnish: Whipped Cream
Winter Old Fashioned
2 oz Bourbon
¼ oz Liquid Alchemist Falernum
¼ oz HipStirs Old Fashioned Syrup
2 dash aromatic bitters
1 dash of cacao bitters
Stir all ingredients together and pour over a large rock in a rocks glass. Garnish with a dried orange wheel.
Cranberry Pie Old Fashioned
2 oz Single Malt Scotch
¼ oz HipStirs Cranberry Pie
¼ oz HipStirs Old Fashioned Syrup
2 dash Aromatic Bitters
Stir all ingredients together and pour over a large rock in a rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Peach Old Fashioned
2oz Rye Whiskey
¼ oz Liquid Alchemist Peach
¼ oz HipStirs Old Fashioned Syrup
2 dash Orange Bitter
1 dash Aromatic Bitters
Build in glass with ice, stir until cold. Garnish with a half peach moon & grated cinnamon.
Chai Old Fashioned
2oz Strong chai tea, chilled
2oz Bourbon
1oz Lemon Juice
2oz HipStirs Old Fashioned Syrup
1-2 dashes Angostura bitters
Soda water, to top (optional)
Garnish:Dehydrated orange slice, Star Anise
Brew the the chai tea and allow to cool. Add all the ingredients to the cocktail shaker and add ice. Shake until chilled. Add a large ice cube to glass and strain the cocktail over the ice. Top with soda water if desired and garnish.
Smores Old Fashioned
2oz Bourbon
1oz HipStirs Old Fashioned Syrup
1-2 dashes bitters
Shaved dark chocolate, too top
Toasted marshmallows, to top
Add a large ice to a rocks glass. Add the bourbon, old fashioned syrup and bitters to the glass. Stir until chilled. Shave a little chocolate over the top and garnish with toasted marshmallows.
Brown Sugar & Sage Cocktail
3 Fresh Sage Leaves
1 tbsp brown sugar
1oz HipStirs Old Fashioned Syrup
Juice from 1 whole grapefruit
Juice from half a lemon
2oz Gin or Silver tequila
Grapefruit soda, to top
Garnishes: Dehydrated grapefruit slice, fresh sage leaves
Add the sage leaves, brown sugar and syrup to a cocktail glass. Muddle until the sage leaves have released the flavor. Add the grapefruit juice, lemon juice and gin to the cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain the cocktail into a glass over ice. Top with grapefruit juice and garnish.
Cranberry Ornamentini
2oz Cranberry juice
2 oz Vodka/Gin
1oz Orange juice
1oz HipStirs Cranberry pie syrup
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing glass and stir to combine. Strain the cocktail into clear baubles. To serve, add a few frozen cranberries to a frosted glass and add the ornament to the glass. Garnish with fresh rosemary.
